D.R. Lewis is a battle-scarred veteran of “The Corporate Wars.” After 24 tours of duty as a celebrated advertising and marketing communications executive (that's 30 years in non-military speak), she peeled off her VP and board of director titles, boxed up her Plexiglas® PRSA and IABC trophies, and set out on the perilous journey to rediscover her inner hood rat.
The Sin-Sick Soul is Lewis' first novella in an eclectic portfolio of short stories, textbooks, speeches, video magazines, online apps and digital games. Lewis is the middle child of 15 (explains a lot), and wife, mother and Nana to the most charmingly dysfunctional family a woman could ask for. She was educated in the Midwest (Central Missouri State University, The Kansas City Art Institute, the University of Kansas), and still lives in her beloved hometown of Kansas City, Missouri.
